Whilst being attentive and helpful, at no time did I feel anything other than relaxed, not pressured and uncomfortable like you can find in situations like this. There was so much to chose from they gave me expert advice based on the features of my face and the glasses. Having bought both spectacles and sunglasses from The BIG Optician, I came away with designer frames I was looking forward to wearing for work and social occasions. I noticed the store was full of customers of all ages, there is without a doubt something for everyone!
